"Do not do business with this branch, find another Statefarm agent. The whole point of dealing with a local agent is to get that personalization of not having to call a 800 number and talk to someone different every time you call, well this branch can't seem to keep employees so you talk to someone different anyway. And then the employees that they have could care less about actually helping you including David. They screwed up our policy twice by taking the wrong vehicle off and having two of the SAME vehicle on there and when I noticed it and called them to fix it they wouldn't take ownership of their error and it was going to cost me more money because they screwed up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
